Changing the Status of a Request

To change the status of a request:

  1. After Changing a Request, select the button.

  2. The status list appears:

  1. Select the status from the list.

  2. The updated status appears in the window.

Request Statuses

The following table describes the status flags used in the SR program.

 

Status

Description

New

Select to include only those requests that are in New status. Status for newly created requests.

Open

Select to include only those requests that are in Open status. Status for programmer when coding has begun.

Hold

Select to include only those requests that are in Hold status. Status for IBS to remove request from the current programming load, when request is pending action.

Close

Select to include only those requests that are in Closed status. Status for Project Manager to close and send back to client for testing or additional information.

Pend

Select to include only those requests that are in Pending status. Status for client.

Discussion

Select to include only those requests that are in Discussion status. Status for client.

(Not)
Not Accepted

Select to include only those requests that are in Not Accepted status. Status for client to indicate they do not accept the modification.

Accepted

Select to include only those requests that are in Accepted status. Status for client to accept the modification.

Programmer Question

Select to include only those requests that are in Programmer Question status. Status for Project Manager to indicate the need for additional information from the programmer.

Project Manager Question

Select to include only those requests that are in Project Manager Question status. Status for Programmer to indicate the need for additional information from the project manager.

Project Manager Open

Select to include only those requests that are in Project Manager Open status. Status for project manager to indicate that they have reviewed the new request and have placed it in the programmer's schedule for work.

Project Manager Test

Select to include only those requests that are in Project Manager Test status. Status  for programmer to indicate that coding is complete and ready for testing on the development box.

Project Manager Test

Select to include only those requests that are in Project Manager Test status. Status for project manager to indicate that testing is complete and accepted on the development box.

Project Manager No

Select to include only those requests that are in Project Manager No status. Status for project manager to indicate that testing on the development box was not accepted.

Client Question

Select to include only those requests that are in Client Question status. IBS status when the client needs more information.
