If you are not receiving emails from IBS please check your Junk Mail Folder.
For emails that are being sent to your Junk Mail Folder, you can add “ibsoft-us.com” to your list of accepted email sources in your junk mail or spam filter so our emails do not be filtered. You may also be able to set a “mail distribution rule” within your email program to move your emails from the “ibsoft-us.com” domain to your inbox when the emails arrive. If any of this is not possible and a more global solution is needed, please contact YOUR email administrator for further assistance.
